Located in Cala Mendia, Villa Sion is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the nearby sea.
The 100 m² holiday home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, washing machine and satellite television, while a baby bed and a highchair are available on request. The sunny private outdoor area with mountain views boasts a balcony, a partly covered terrace with a dining area, a lounge area and a barbecue, as well as a pool with deck chairs. A supermarket, cafés and restaurants are within a 5-minute walk (350-500m), and the beach Platja Cala Mandia can be reached on foot after 12 minutes (1km).
Palma de Mallorca and the airport are both within 60 minutes by car from the property. Parking spaces are available on the property as well as on the street.
Pets are allowed. Bed linens and towels are included in the price.
The pool is 2 m deep and not heated.
If guests arrive by plane, the host kindly asks for a call as soon as the plane has landed.
