The 220m² vacation home El Palomar is located in the municipality of Santanyí in the southern part of Majorca.
The home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 6 bedrooms as well as 3 bathrooms and can accommodate 6 people.
The home also features Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fan, satellite television, and a washing machine.
Children are allowed and a baby bed and a highchair are available (upon request).
Guests can relax outdoors in the furnished garden or sun in the open terrace, both for private use.
The outdoor area also offers a pool and a grill, also for private use.
The home is located on the edge of Santanyi, just a few hundred meters from the downtown area where guests can stroll about, go shopping, or stop somewhere for a drink or a meal in the numerous restaurants, bars, and cafes.
The home is 5 minutes (3.5 km) by car from the Platja de Santanyi, a beautiful beach surrounded by rock formations, and just 10 minutes (6.5 km) away from the stunning turquoise waters of the Calo des Maro beach.
Visitors can experience the natural beauty of the area in the Parc Natural de Mondrago, just a 15 minute (12 km) drive by car.
Golf enthusiasts will enjoy the beautifully presented 18-hole Vall d'Or Golf Club just 20 minutes (14.5 km) by car from the property.
The Santanyi area currently has 67 cycling routes that wind through the beautiful mountainous and coastal landscape.
Palma de Mallorca Airport is a 40 minute (46.5 km) drive from the home.
Parking spaces are available on the property.

Viel Platz, viele Outdoor Bereiche, gute Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin. Durften später auschecken, welches sehr hilfreich war für uns.
Leider kam der Pool-Mann unangekündigt zwei mal ins Haus, während wir leicht bekleidet am Pool lagen. Hätten uns gewünscht, dass er klingelt oder sich vorher anmeldet.

Dejligt meget plads og god stor pool.
Huset er a ældre dato men fungere fint.
Der skulle måske sprøjtes mod myg før gæsterne ankommer.
Var der i start oktober som er sæson for myg.
