The charming holiday apartment "Rosengarten" on the fruit farm is located at 750 m altitude in Glaning (Cologna), just outside Bolzano (250 m altitude) in South Tyrol.
The 55 m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, two bedrooms and a bathroom, and can accommodate up to five people.
Amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and satellite TV.
A baby cot and a high chair are available on request.
The apartment features a furnished balcony with wonderful views of Bolzano and the surrounding mountains.
There is also a shared garden with barbecue facilities and a playground for children.
The nearest supermarket is about 11 minutes by car (7 km) away in Bolzano, and the picturesque city centre can be reached in about 12 minutes.
There you can stroll through the narrow streets and enjoy the many cafés, restaurants and the impressive architecture.
Runkelstein Castle is 7.5 km away, and there are many hiking and cycling trails in the area.
The nearest ski lifts are reachable in 25 to 40 minutes by car.
The famous spa town of Merano is 40 minutes by car or 36 km away.
Parking is available on the property.
Pets are not allowed.
A washing machine is available for a fee.
The accommodation is powered by solar energy.
Homemade jams, herbs and other products are available.
We kindly ask you to leave the apartment as you found it.
Upon departure, we will take a brief look at the apartment.
If the apartment is not left in proper condition, an additional fee may be charged.

Het uitzicht is prachtig! Alles was schoon in huis en redelijk nieuw. Aardige gastvrouw en heer. Prima bed, ruime badkamer en alles aanwezig. Je kunt gebruik maken van de grote tuin met o.a. ligstoelen. Met de Bozencard kun je gratis gebruik maken van het heerlijke zwembad in Jenesien waar je voor een goede prijs kon drinken en wat kleins eten.
De wifi viel regelmatig uit.

Abbiamo alloggiato dal 22/12 al 28/12 ...siamo stati benissimo , casa pulita e accogliente ...super vista , tranquillità assoluta ..i padroni di casa sono stati molto gentili e disponibili ...ci ritorneremo sicuramente

Werner Hof was our best stay in Italy! The host, Gabby, was very kind and welcoming. The home was clean and comfortable. We loved the view of Bolzano from the balcony. Gabby was kind enough to let us roam around the yard and even feed her pigs. I usually say I will not visit the same place twice but...
