The modern apartment Pregonda 13 Menorca is conveniently located in Son Parc, just a stone’s throw away from the sea.
It consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a television, fans and a washing machine.
A baby bed and a highchair are available upon request. Guests have access to a shared garden with seating furniture, a pool and a children’s pool.
There is also both a covered and an open private terrace where you can relax with a refreshing drink.
There is even a grill for cooking delicious meals outside! Thanks to the convenient location of this apartment, all the essentials are just a short walk or drive away.

Todo, desde el primer dia nos sentimos como en casa. El apartamento estaba muy limpio y con todas las comodidades, y la comunidad contaba con una piscina muy bien cuidada y muy buen ambiente con los vecinos.
Muy fácil todo!
Precio un poco elevado por ser una urbanización un poco aislada
Casa perfecta para pasar unos días en la isla, en una zona tranquila

Lo que más nos gustó, fue que los propietarios nos dejaron entrar a las 8:00, ya que llegamos a las 6:30 a Ciudadela y no teníamos el check-in está las 20:00 y se agradece mucho.
La cama de matrimonio hacia ruido cuando te movías,😉 pero estoy seguro de que el Bernat y la Joana ya lo están solucionando 👌
