The 150 m² holiday home 'Homely Feeling' is centrally located in Castelnuovo del Garda and consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and its own balcony and can therefore accommodate 12 people. 2 of the single beds in one of the rooms can be made a double bed.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), fans, a washing machine, 5 TVs and air conditioning.
Guests have access to a shared garden with seating furniture and can cook delicious meals outside on the grill.
Each bedroom has a private balcony which is the perfect place to relax with a refreshing drink.
Thanks to the convenient location of the holiday home, all the essentials are within walking distance.
The nearest restaurant is just 4 minutes away on foot (300 m) and there is a supermarket just 3 minutes away on foot (250 m).
A large selection of restaurants, bars and shops can be reached in less than 10 minutes on foot.
The shores of the beautiful Lake Garda are just a 12-minute drive away (6.8 km).
The nearest airport is in Verona, just 21 minutes away by car (15.5 km), so your holiday can start as soon as you land.

We were a family of 6 with adults and teenagers. The rooms were ideal as each room had an en-suite and the air conditioning was lovely. We loved our stay here. Comfy mattress, good pillows, nice bathrooms, well stocked kitchen, good hot water and pressure and managed very well. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful. Grocery stores within walking distance. Property was very well decorated and comfy. We can’t say enough about the gracious owner and how much she helped us! Highly recommend!
