The imposing vacation villa "Lumb" offers an in-house access to the bay "Cala Gat" in "Cala Ratjada" and a 1.500 m² large plot.
Within a minute you can reach the sea on foot and cool off in the crystal clear water.
The villa has a large entrance hall with chandelier, a living and dining area with sea views and fireplace for cozy evenings, a fully equipped kitchen with utility room and dishwasher, 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and an additional toilet and can accommodate 8 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), satellite TV, air conditioning and central heating for the cooler season.
From your private open terrace with breakfast table as well as balcony, you will enjoy a unique panoramic view of the sea.
Your private outdoor area also includes a swimming pool, a garden and a BBQ grill where you can prepare delicious meals in the evening.
Enjoy your time outdoors, lazing in the sun, taking advantage of the short walk to the sea or jumping into the pool for a refreshing dip.

Due to the convenient, quiet location, you can reach the center of "Cala Ratjada", which is one kilometer away, either comfortably on foot (13 minutes) or comfortably by car (3 minutes).

Die Lage der Villa ist ein Traum, mit dem Blick auf das türkise Wasser ausgiebig zu frühstücken ist genial. Auch bei höheren Temperaturen ist der Aufenthalt auf der Terrasse durch den Naturschatten angenehm. Über die nahegelegene Prommenade kann man morgens mit Meerblick Brötchen holen oder am Abend...
Grundsätzlich ist es durch die direkte Meerlage sehr feucht und selbst bei warmen Tagen trocken die Sachen nur in der Sonne. Selbst im Schrank werden die Sachen klamm. Dieses haben wir durch ständiges Lüften, wir haben die Fenster und Türen immer nur durch die Läden geschlossen, versucht zu verhinde...
