The villa is located near the coastal towns of Porto Cristo and Cala Mendia in the east of Mallorca and is close to the beach.
The villa has air conditioning, underfloor heating, ironing board, iron, washing machine, TV with satellite and international channels and Wi-Fi internet connection.
The holiday home has a private pool and garden in the landscaped outdoor area.
There is also a terrace with sunbeds and umbrellas, an outdoor shower, a table tennis table, a covered barbecue area and an enclosure with chickens, pigeons and ducks.
The nearest supermarket is located in the centre of Cala Mendia, which is a couple of minutes (1.5km) away by car.
There is also a modest selection of restaurants and bars in the area.
You will also find the nearest beach there.
The nearest airport is in Palma de Mallorca, which is an hour (65km) away by car.

Ruhige Lage und ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, der sich um alle Wünsche bemüht. Ich kann nur empfehlen den Kontakt direkt mit dem Gastgeber zu führen und nicht über Holidu
Die Kaffeemaschine ist recht klein und langsam (nicht geeignet für 6 Personen) und die Grillstation entspricht nicht ganz den Erwartungen.
Das Check-in online Formular von Holidu kommt scheinbar nicht beim Gastgeber an.

Großes, schön gelegenes Grundstück mit moderner und guter Ausstattung, einem tollen Pool und einem einladenden Barbecue-Bereich. Direkt daneben befinden sich Gemüse- und Obstplantagen, die mitgenutzt und geerntet werden dürfen. Der Nachbar nebenan hält Hühner und Katzen, was für die Kinder ein absolutes Highlight war.
Die Finca war leider in einem sehr dreckigen Zustand: Regale, Ablagen und Schränke waren stark verschmutzt und verstaubt, in den Ecken hingen zahlreiche Spinnweben, die offenbar seit Wochen nicht entfernt worden waren. In den Schubladen fanden sich Staub und Haare. Die Badezimmer waren nur oberfläch...
