The 2-storey vacation home consists of an open living room of two areas each with comfortable furniture and a fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms as well as 3 bathrooms and an additional bathroom and can therefore accommodate 8 people.
The home features Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite television, a fan, and a washing machine.
The child-friendly home offers a baby bed and a highchair (upon request).
Guests can relax on the balcony and sit outdoors in the furnished garden or sun in open and closed terraces, both private features.
The outdoor area, which is surrounded by fig and almond tree plantations, also features a pool with loungers and a grill with a lounge and dinette, both private features.
Ancient trees and a hedge provide extra privacy.
The home is located about 2 to 3 minutes (3 km) from a variety of restaurants, bars, cafes, and shopping venues toward the waterfront.
The home is just an 8 minute (5 km) drive from the Cala Manacor and Cala Mendia beaches, and the same distance from the beautiful trails of the Cala Romantica hiking area along the oceanfront.
Golf enthusiasts will enjoy the 18-hole Vall D'Or Golf Club just 18 minutes (16 km) from the home.
Mancora currently has 60 cycling routes that wind through the area's stunning coastal and mountain landscape.
Palma de Mallorca Airport is a 52 minute (60 km) drive from the home.

Absolute Ruhe, nur 5 min mit Auto zum Strand (kostenloses Parken im Ort), schöner Pool, gepflegter Garten fürs Sonnenbaden, viel Zubehör (Waschmaschine, Wäscheplatz, Tischtennisplatte, Kühlschrank am Poolhaus, frische Zitronen vom Baum…)
Sehr netter Vermieter, der sich bei Problemen sofort kümmert und Themen löst
Interior etwas in veraltet (aber sehr gut gepflegt und alles da, was man benötigt, Zustand ist auf den Fotos auch so erkennbar und dürfte nicht überraschen)
