The holiday home Al Pinone is located in the mountains near Crevoladossola, an old rural village, and is the perfect place for an authentic Italian holiday experience.
It is reached on foot via a mule track or path between the hamlet consisting of about 50 steps and is therefore not suitable for people with mobility difficulties.
The rustically furnished property, located at 400 m above sea level, consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a fireplace, a television and a washing machine.
A baby bed and a highchair can be provided upon request.
There is only a small fridge, but the cellar is perfect for keeping food fresh and dry.
The property is heated using a fireplace, and wood can be bought from the owners.
The homeowners even provide fresh fruit and homemade jam.
The property includes a private garden with seating furniture where guests can relax and enjoy the stunning mountain views.
There is also a grill for cooking delicious meals outside.
The nearest restaurant is only a 4-minute drive away (2.4 km) and the nearest supermarket is 7 minutes away by car (3.1 km).
A larger selection of shops and restaurants can be located in Crevoladossola, just 9 minutes away by car (4.4 km).
The nearest airport is Milan Malpensa, 1 hour 22 minutes away by car (102 km).
The house is an excellent starting point for trekking in the Alpe Veglia and Alpe Devero natural park. Bed linens and towels are included in the price.
For any necessity or question the Homeowner speaks Italian, English, French and German. - The house can only be reached on foot via a 80 m mule track inside the rural hamlet where the house is located, it is recommended to bring a flashlight for the evening.
The host recommends that guests arrive by car, as it is not possible to arrive by public transport or car.
Upon request and for a supplement, the host can pick up guests at the guest station. - Parking available approx. 100 m from the house - Pets are allowed on request for an extra fee. - This property has solar panels that produce electricity and it can be split to provide both A/C and heating. - The apartment is located on the first floor The property is heated by hot-air convectors in the 3 main rooms as well as, if guests like, by the fireplace.
Obviously they must be able to use it properly and I will charge separately for the wood. The road leading to the property entrance is a rural street similar to a trail made of some steps and stones in between other buildings (as you see in photos), it is therefore only reachable by foot.
