- Parking is available on the street (not guaranteed) - Pets are not allowed -In addition to the deposit, an additional fee for electricity consumption will be charged on-site per Kwh The apartment "Las Columnas" is located in a prime location in Port de Pollença directly on a park, just a few meters from the beach, and is ideal for a relaxing vacation by the sea.
The 125 m² apartment consists of a living room, a very well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (onewith shower and one with bathtub) and thus accommodates 6 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, washing machine, satellite TV and DVD player.
A baby crib and high chair are also available upon request.
The covered balcony with seating furniture invites you to start the day with breakfast or end it with a cocktail in the evening.
In the communal outdoor area, you can swim a few laps in the pool before starting an eventful day.
The sandy beach is just a 2-minute walk from your accommodation (200 m).
Supermarkets, cafes/bars and restaurants can be found within 2-5 minutes walk (130-500 m).
The town center and marina are a 5-minute walk (500 m) from the apartment, where you can stroll through the many bars and cafes in the balmy evenings.
The center of Mallorca's vibrant capital Palma is a 55-minute drive (64 km) away, and the city's airport is a 50-minute drive (66 km).
