- Parking spaces are available on the property A modern apartment located in the quiet village of Tscherms (Cermes) near Meran (Merano) in South Tyrol, the Holiday Apartment Matthäus consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, two bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and a satellite television.
A cot and a highchair are both available upon request.
Outside, there is a private garden with a small furnished terrace, perfect for enjoying views of the Alps.
In the summer, the location is ideal for hiking and mountain biking.
The nearest supermarket is just a few minutes drive away (1.5km).
The nearest bakery is in the centre of Tscherms, which is less than 10 minutes walk away (800m).
The nearest ski lift is Meran 2000, which is 15 minutes away by car (11km).
The nearest airport is in Innsbruck, which is 2 hours drive away (150km).
Bed linens and towels are included in the price.
A washing machine is available in the common area.
The apartment offers good tap water (Grander water).
The property is located on a Bio farm.
For relaxation, the private sauna can be used for a small fee and by arrangement.

Eine sehr schöne und gepflegte Ferienwohnung.
Guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Unternehmungen.
Wahnsinns Aussicht vom Balkon aus.
Netter Empfang der Gastgeberin.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, gerne mal wieder.

Alles! Die Küche war toll ausgestattet, alles sauber und sehr gepflegt! Die Hollywood-Schaukel mit Bergblick und der kleine eigene Hofladen waren ein zusätzliches Highlight

Die Wohnung,die Terrasse die mit guter Aussicht und Sonne,die Möglichkeit eine schöne Sauna zu benutzen, nette und Zuvorkommenede Vermieter
Das man die Sauna für eine (mir zu hohe Gebühr) nutzen konnte. Pro Erwachsener und 2 h 15€ und Kind auch nochmal 15 €. Daher haben wir sie leider nicht genutzt
