This neat studio apartment is located on the second floor of Residence Geranio, situated in Domaso, on Lake Como, in northern Lombardy. The apartment consists of a bedroom, equipped with a closet-kitchen with all the essentials, 1 bathroom with shower and a small French balcony with a small table, so perfect for two people. Additional services include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), satellite television. Relax with a cup of coffee while admiring the view of the mountains surrounding Lake Como. Or, if you prefer, take a seat at a reserved table in the shared garden to enjoy the sweet lake air. The shared property also offers a swimming pool, as well as a children's pool and outdoor showers in the common area of the residence.
A restaurant with take-away service is directly attached to the residence and a variety of restaurants, bars, cafes and stores are just a 1-5 minute walk away. The apartment has direct access to the beach and lake. Here, guests can store small boats near the beach or moor larger boats 400 meters away in the nautical center. The boat that circumnavigates the lake and touches all the major points of interest leaves from the harbor, and you'll also find windsurfing and kayaking schools here. There are several bike paths in the Domaso area that wind through the lake with breathtaking views and mountain scenery, and there is a bike rental store near the property so you can enjoy this local attraction. Milan Malpensa Airport is a 1 hour 44 minute (100 km) drive from the apartment.
