53 km to the south from Rovaniemi, lake Särkikämä 25 m (length 4 km, width 2 km), shallow beach, hard sanded bottom, large pier, own rowing boat and electric outboard motor.
Log cabin, built in 2020. Living room, kitchenette and dining area, 3 bedrooms, all with 2 beds, washroom/WC and large covered terrace.
Lakeside sauna (32 m²) with steam room, washroom (2 showers) and dressing room.
Kitchenette with kitchen sink, fridge, hotplates and coffee maker in the dressing room.
There is also a covered porch (30 m²) with fireplace and hot tub and open terrace at the lakeside sauna.
Please order the hot tub for extra fee from the owner latest 3 days before arrival.
The owner will guide you in using the hot tub and will charge a usage fee on site (1-3 days € 150 and 4-7 days € 200 in 2025). The hot tub is oil heated and automated.
The thermostat keeps the water evenly warm. Campfire site and outdoor oven. Wifi (4 G)

La casa era in ottima posizione, silenziosa e facilmente raggiungibile. Spaziosa e con una televisione molto funzionale.
Nel complesso siamo comunque stati molto bene, chi ci ha accolto anche se non parla inglese ci ha accolto bene e ci ha dato tutte le spiegazioni.
Bagno poco curato anche se grande e non molto pulita.
