The spacious 130m² vacation home "Villa Abril" is located in in the Natural Park of Mondragó, only 800 metres from the beaches of S'amarador and Mondragó.
The home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
The home features Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, satellite television, a fan, and a washing machine.
Children are allowed and a baby bed and a highchair are available.
Guests can enjoy the beautiful mountain view from the balcony and relax outdoors in the furnished garden, sun in the open and closed terraces, swim in the pool, or cook on the grill, all private features.
The home is just a 10 minute (5 km) drive from a variety of restaurants, bars, cafes, and shopping venues clustered along the waterfront.
The home is 10 minutes (5 km) by car from the Platja de Santanyi, a beautiful beach surrounded by rock formations, and just 17 minutes (12 km) away from the stunning turquoise waters of the Calo des Maro beach.
Visitors can experience the natural beauty of the area in the Parc Natural de Mondrago, just a 22 minute (17 km) drive by car.
Golf enthusiasts will enjoy the beautifully presented 18-hole Vall d'Or Golf Club just 26 minutes (20 km) by car from the property.
The Santanyi area currently has 67 cycling routes that wind through the beautiful mountainous and coastal landscape.
There are also many hiking trails in the area.
Palma de Mallorca Airport is a 50 minute (52 km) drive from the home.

La casa es ɓonita de una sola planta, renovada con magníficos baños y con todos los utensilios necesarios. La piscina cómoda al lado del porche. En definitiva una casa bonita y muy cómoda y una gran ubicación

Das Haus wurde frisch renoviert und deshalb sind fast alle Möbel neu. Ganz toll sind die neuen Bäder. Die Schlafzimmer, Kleiderschränke und begehbaren Kleiderschränke sind gross. Bis zum nächsten Dorf sind es 10 Autominuten, aber dafür ist es sehr ruhig und ganz nah am Naturpark und am Strand. Der Hausherr hat sich umgehend um unsere Fragen gekümmert und wir würden auf alle Fälle wieder kommen.
