It is only 4 km from Puerto de Mogán and offers a quiet environment, ideal for remote work.
There are numerous hiking and cycling routes nearby.
The 50 m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom, accommodating up to 3 people.

The apartment has two private outdoor spaces.
The covered terrace near the entrance is the quieter option, with more shade in the afternoons.

Being closer to the road, some light traffic noise may be audible when sitting outside.

Nette Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und groß. Küche gut ausgestattet. Autos von der nahen Hauptstraße sind zu hören. Gute Lage, schnelle Anbindung. Kein Touristenrummel. Kleine Kneipe und Bäckerei nebenan. Wir haben zehn angenehme Tage verbracht.
