Isola Rossa is the ideal destination for a seaside holiday for all nature lovers.
The apartment, modernly furnished and located on the second floor on the hill of Isola Rossa, consists of a living room with sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen with refrigerator and freezer, a bedroom, and a bathroom, and can accommodate up to 4 guests.
Additional amenities include air conditioning, TV, and washing machine.
The balcony, equipped with garden furniture, offers a wonderful view of the beach and the tourist pier of Isola Rossa, and is perfect for enjoying breakfast in the morning or a meal prepared on the shared barbecue in the evening.
In the shared outdoor area, there is a large pool (open every year from June 15th to September 15th) and a terrace, ideal for relaxing and cooling off during the hottest days.
Numerous cafés, bars, and restaurants can be reached in just 5 minutes by car in Isola Rossa (3 km), as well as a supermarket.
The beautiful sandy beach of Li Feruli is only 3 km away (about 6 minutes by car), perfect for a relaxing holiday, swimming, and enjoying the sun. L’appartamento è nuovo e in un contesto tranquillo.
L’arredamento è moderno e funzionale.
Stupenda la vista mare.
Parcheggio riservato.
Piscina pulita quotidianamente.
Il check in è affidato a un’agenzia di Isola Rossa e ci sono state delle incomprensioni per il ritiro delle chiavi (bisogna andare da loro a ritirarle e a lasciare la cauzione, non bisogna trovarsi davanti alla proprietà).
Nessuna spiegazione fornita circa differenziata, parcheggio o altro..ti devi arrangiare.
Climatizzatori un po’ rumorosi.
