The town villa "Paca" is ideal for vacationers who want to be close to the attractions of the Majorcan villages and at the same time close to the beautiful bays.
The two-story villa is modern and brightly decorated and features a spacious living and dining area with fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and can accommodate 8 people. dditional services include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning (at an additional cost of 1 euro per 3 hours) and satellite TV. In the child-friendly accommodation you can get a baby crib and a high chair on request. The pool with diving board and ladder is surrounded by cypress trees for privacy, delicate flowers and a lemon tree.
The wrap-around sun terrace provides ample space for sun loungers.
You can rest in the shade of the cypress trees or under the wide umbrella.
Cool shade can also be found under the L-shaped terrace overlooking the pool area.
It offers plenty of space for a lounge with director chairs and a rattan furniture ensemble, as well as a long table where guests have enough space for an evening BBQ or a delicious breakfast. The villa's urban location near the beach is ideal for individual vacationers who want to book a vacation home for themselves or with friends while being within walking distance of stores, restaurants and the beautiful sandy beaches.
The accommodation is located in the center of the chic neighborhood of Es Pelats, a district of Cala Ratjada.
Due to its central location, all stores and the lively waterfront of Cala Ratjada with its excellent bars and restaurants and lively nightlife, are within walking distance (5-8 minutes walk). The villa is also located just two streets away from a Mediterranean pine forest that stretches from the coastal cliffs of Cala Gat to the east coast of "Punta de Capdepera". The welcoming villa "Paca" is ideal for long walks to the sea with fantastic viewpoints that allow you to experience the diversity of the east coast of the island. Parking is available on the street. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig. Einen wunderbaren Pool mit einer tollen Terrasse. Die Lage für uns war perfekt. Alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Shopping, Lebensmittel, Strände, Promenade mit Restaurants.
Bei Fragen oder Problemen wurde uns direkt vom Gastgeber geholfen.
Einziges kleines Manko waren die Betten. Sonst aber wirklich alles BESTENS

Das Haus ist super ausgestattet & uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Der Gastgeber ist sehr zuvorkommend und geht auf Rahmenbedingungen der Mieter ein (besonders Check- in und Check- out Zeit). Die Kommunikation war reibungslos und sogar für vergessene Gegenstände wurde eine Lösung gefunden.
