This Brand New contemporary 2 bedroom villa is located in the popular resort area of Protaras and is just a 5 minute walk to the nearest beach. With a variety of bars, restaurants and shops close-by, this is a great central location for getting around without the need for a car. The villa is newly built and fully equipped with everything you need to ensure a perfect self-catering stay.
The villas has an open plan layout, combining living room, kitchen and dining area really making the most of the space. For your enjoyment there is also a widescreen Tv with full satellite channels and free Wi-fi connection. The dining area has seating for 6 persons and the modern fully fitted kitchen is equipped with all appliances. The ground floor area is surrounded by bi-fold patio doors which open up onto the landscaped garden, kitchen, Bbq and pool area outside.
There is also a Wc on this floor.
Upstairs, you will find the two bedrooms, one double bedroom and one twin room. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets. The main family bathroom is also on this floor with a shower and Wc.
Outside, in the garden, you will find a built in barbecue area with a worktop, sink and seating area perfect for outdoor dining, sun loungers and a private pool.
Up on the third level, you will find a stunning roof garden with built in kitchen area, where you can unwind and take in the beautiful sunset and stunning panoramic views.
The ideal villa, in a peaceful location, yet close to the beach, perfect for families or friends looking for a relaxing and tranquil break.

looks like brand new. Really appreciated the "open" style, all sliding windows opens 90% of living room on the garden with so much sunlight inside. A bit close to the road but nothing unbearable.Main facilities nearby, and any beach (incl. south end part of island near Aya napa) less then 15mn drive.
