In Büsum, Haus Emmi is located very close to the beautiful North Sea beach.
The 100 m² holiday home has a cosy living/dining room, a very well-equipped open-plan kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub and sauna, and a guest WC.
It thus offers space for up to 6 + 1 people.
The equipment also includes WLAN and a large flat-screen TV incl.
Apple TV and PlayStation (no claim for replacement if the console/games are defective).
For children up to approx. 6 years, the host is happy to provide toys, travel cots with separate mattress, high chairs, changing mat and other accessories free of charge on request.
In the enclosed outdoor area, the garden and the furnished wooden terrace, which can accommodate 8 people, invite you to barbecue and relax in the beach chair.
A large sandpit with toys and the lockable bicycle shed with handcart offer optimal opportunities for leisure activities for the whole family.
The centre of Büsum with markets, shops and restaurants is only 1.4 km (16 minutes' walk or a 3-minute drive) from the holiday home.
The Perlebucht family lagoon is a 7-minute walk away (550 m).
Additional information: - Washing machine and dryer in separate utility room. - Laminate flooring and floor temperature control - room safe - Cleaning supplies, rubbish bags, dishwashing brush, kitchen roll, dishwashing tabs, liquid soap and toilet paper for the first few days are provided. - Electricity and gas costs will be charged to the guest on departure. - One well-behaved dog is allowed.
Please inform the host in advance. -The dog run in the municipal park is approx. 200 metres away. - Parking spaces available on the property. - Interior free of steps.

Die Ausstattung im Haus insbes. Der Küche ist sehr gut und die Betten von guter Qualität. Wir konnten sehr gut darin schlafen. Schönes Spielzeug für die Kinder.
Auch die Lage des Hauses ist gut. Man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen oder die kleine Bahn in die Innenstadt und zum Deich nehmen.
Es war leider nur oberflächlich geputzt. Spinnenweben, Dreck unter der Couch und den Betten, eine nicht richtig funktionierende Spülmaschine, sodass das Geschirr in den Schränken nicht sauber war und nach jedem weiteren Spülmaschinengang per Hand nachgespült werden musste.
Der Garten war leider auch...
