This inviting apartment features two bedrooms for up to four guests (one double bed and two single beds), a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, and a bathroom.

You’ll also have access to a large communal pool and garden.

Located in Menorca’s sought-after Son Parc residential area (north-east), the property is next to the island’s only golf course (hole 1 is a three-minute walk) and the beautiful Arenal de Son Saura beach (1.5 km), with shallow, crystal-clear waters and white sand.
On the way to the beach, you’ll find shops: pharmacy, supermarket, boutiques, bars, pubs, and restaurants—including one directly on the beach.
Son Parc is served by the local bus line.
Nearby, discover other beaches such as Cala Pudent, Arenal d’en Castell, and Cavalleria and Pregonda, known for golden sand and red earth.
Just 15 minutes away are Es Mercadal, a charming village beneath Mount Toro, and the fishing village of Fornells, offering catamaran trips, kayak and boat rentals (with or without license), a diving center, sailing school, windsurfing, and many restaurants.
In the evening, enjoy watching the pleasure boats.

L'hébergement est situé au calme, devant le golf de SON PARC avec un emplacement de parking et de belles terrasses. La piscine est vaste et bien entretenue. L'appartement est suffisamment équipé et surtout l'accueil d'Olivia a été chaleureux et ses conseils, profitables.Merci encore!
