MIQUEL ÀNGEL house consists of a ground floor and upper floor, and has 80 m2 useful.
On the ground floor, we have an entrance, a bathroom with shower, kitchen leading to the dining-living room which overlook the garden.
On the first floor, there are 2 double bedrooms (1 with double bed, 1 with bunk beds), 1 bathroom with shower, and 1 suite type bedroom (1 double bed) with bathroom and bathtub.
The house has air conditioning, wifi, television, washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave, has a community garden with swimming pool and is located near supermarkets, the old town and the beaches of Empúries with its promenade. and the Greek-Roman ruins.
Pets not allowed. Rental from Sunday to Sunday.

Perfecto para dos familias. 4 adultos + 4 niños pequeños (2 en cuna de viaje). Situación bastante buena, cerca de la playa (a 10 minutos andando) y a 5 minutos de supermercados.
Para llegar a la playa de Riells se tardan unos 20 minutos andando.
Se aparca gratis con facilidad en la calle.
