The cozy and newly renovated apartment "Khorsandi Eins" is located directly in the center of Coburg with a view of the city and the Veste Coburg.
The apartment on the 3rd floor consists of a living/bedroom, a well-equipped kitchen with coffee maker and a bathroom and thus offers space for 2 people.
Other amenities include W-Fi (suitable for video telephony) and a TV.
The apartment's central location within Coburg means that all local amenities are within easy reach, with the nearest bakery just a few minutes' walk away (200m) and the nearest supermarket a short distance away (100m).
There are plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars in the city center.
The "living room bar" is even located right on the first floor of the house.
It is a dignified bar, so volume in the apartment is not a problem.
Castles, palaces, theaters, cinemas as well as public transportation can be reached within a few minutes walk from the apartment.
The nearest airport is in Nuremberg, which is 1 hour 15 minutes (100km) away by car.
The parking lot "Post" is located in the immediate vicinity.

Der Hausmeister, der die Übergabe des Apartments Vorort gemacht, war sehr freundlich.
Das Apartment ist modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, es war alles da, was wir brauchten.
Der Vermieter(?), den wir nur kurz am Telefon gesprochen haben, war nicht so freundlich.
Centrumlage ist für alle Unternehmungen ideal

Die Wohnung liegt im 3. Stock, jeweils 55 bis 58 Stufen und das täglich 2 bis 3 mal verlangt eine ordentliche Portion Sportlichkeit

Wir hatten Pech mit der Unterkunft in der ersten Nacht unseres Aufenthalts und haben sehr kurzfristig eine neue Bleibe gesucht. Mit dem Appartment 23 haben wir einen sehr gemütlichen, sauberen und originellen Ort gefunden. Wir kommen gern wieder.
