This superb 45 m2 duplex apartment, ideally located in the heart of Bordeaux, a stone's throw from the Saint Pierre district, the Quays and Saint Catherine Street, and fully air-conditioned.
Located on the 3rd floor of a stone building, entirely renovated with taste and care, Le Sweet Melody is perfect for discovering our city, whether for business or pleasure.
Entirely renovated, a few steps from the docks, Place Sainte Colombe, Rue Sainte Catherine and Place du Palais, it has one bedroom and a very good sofa bed, it can comfortably accommodate up to 5 passengers.
Very well equipped, this apartment is on the 3rd floor, accessible by a staircase.
In the heart of Bordeaux, you will enjoy all the comforts for an unforgettable stay.
A few steps from the Place Fernand Lafargue, all the shops, restaurants and the tramway, it offers you the following services: - A beautiful living room with a large and comfortable sofa bed for two people.
For your comfort, this room is equipped with air conditioning. - An open kitchen with everything you need to prepare your favourite dishes: fridge, dishwasher, induction hob, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and many kitchen utensils.
As well as a high table for your meals. - A bathroom with toilet.
Upstairs: - A beautiful and large attic room with a double bed (160x200) plus a sofa bed for one person. - A bathroom with bathtub, washbasin, hair dryer For your comfort, you will also have at your disposal, an iron and its table as well as a dishwasher.
Quality sheets, towels and tea towels as well as a few coffee capsules are provided and your bed is made up on your arrival.
Naturally, Wifi is accessible and free of charge! The Saint-Pierre district is considered as the heart of Bordeaux.
It is quite natural that this ancient Gallo-Roman port, which was to become a medieval city, took the name of the patron saint of fishermen.
In the 12th century, the port was filled in.
The ramparts of the walled city will fall in the 18th century, with the development of the Place de la Bourse.
What remains is the 35-metre high Cailhau defensive gate and the pedestrian or semi-pedestrian alleys whose names recall the district's commercial and artisanal vocation: rue des Argentiers, rue des Bahutiers, or rue du Chai des Farines.
In the 16th century, the district was also populated by bourgeois families around the church of Saint-Rémi.
Transportation: Public Transportation : Tram A (stop "Place du Palais";) 100 meters from the apartment Tram A C and D (stop "Porte de Bourgogne";) at 400 meters from the Apartment Car: A car park is located under the Place Camille Julian at 500 m.
Bike : Vcub station at 100 m 1,60 € for 24h.

Lovely apartment in a great spot
Could have had a few more basics like washing up liquid and dishwashing powder. There was very little left for us.
On reviendra sur Bordeaux mais vraisemblablement pas au Sweet Melody.

La localisation est parfaite
Les sanitaires, traces de moisissures dans la douches du bas et toilettes du haut (sani-broyeur) à peine utilisables pour un pipi…
Le finitions/détails en général pas top. Ça ne gêne en rien pour le séjour, mais l’impression générale quand on arrive n’est pas top. Et les photos de l’annonce laissent espérer autre chose…
