The Cocoonr Agency in Bordeaux offers for rent, this sumptuous flat in a magnificent early 19ᵉ century stone building with a lift.
Ideally located, right in the heart of Bordeaux, in the Golden Triangle.
Located on the 3ᵉ floor, with a surface area of 200 m² and able to accommodate up to 6 travellers, it comprises a beautiful dining room, lounge, fitted kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
All linen is 4-star hotel quality, and the beds are made up on arrival.

The accommodation comprises - A lovely, light-filled dining room with a large table that can be used as a workspace or for dinner with friends or family. - A lovely, comfortable living room with sofa, large flat-screen TV (the only TV in the flat) and coffee table - A large separate kitchen, fully equipped with fridge, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, etc. and a round table for your meals. - A master suite with king-size bed (180x200), bathroom with bath (no toilet) and dressing room - Bedroom 2 with king-size bed (180x200) - Bedroom 3 with 1 king-size bed (180x200) - A large bathroom with a beautiful Italian shower without toilet For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: dishwasher, hairdryer, washing machine, iron and ironing board...
The flat is ideally located in Bordeaux, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Neighbourhood and activities : - L'Impérial is located on rue Vital Carles, opposite the Maison du Préfet de Bordeaux, a unique and prestigious location in Bordeaux's Golden Triangle, in a comfortable pedestrianised area, 50 metres from St-André Cathedral. - The flat is just a stone's throw from all the shops, Rue Sainte-Catherine (Europe's longest shopping street), cultural venues and public transport, so you can make the most of life in Bordeaux.
Public transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the nearby pay car park.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Bordeaux train station, about 13 minutes by car (2.9 km) - Nearest airport: Bordeaux airport, about 32 minutes by car (10.9 km) Other remarks : - Free Wi-Fi access - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - Quality sheets, towels and tea towels are provided, as well as some coffee capsules, tea bags, sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil, etc. - Cleaning is included in your stay, and you will find 4-star hotel-quality linen at your disposal, with the beds made up on your arrival. - All requests for arrivals or departures outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception.

The apartment was nicely furnished, spacious, and walking distance to lovely attractions. There was no AC & the windows don't have screens so it was hot and noisy from the streets below. We misread the description & found 1 wash closet (toilet) instead of what we thought would be 2 full bathrooms....

L'Impérial "Super stay in Bordeaux with all you need for a big family.
🙂 The apartment is big and has all you need. It is a great location in Bordeaux. Easy to reach with tram just in front of the building. Super stay and will recommend it to all.
🙁 There is this time of year Mosquitoes and will recommend that one get mosquitoe-machines."
