The house offers a shared outdoor area with a garden and a covered terrace.
A barbecue for private use is also available.
Due to its central location, restaurants, bars and cafes can be reached on foot in just 2-3 minutes while the nearest supermarket is just a 4-minute walk away (350 m).
In just 14-minutes driving you will reach the long, sandy beach Playa del Pozo where you can relax under the sun.
Furthermore, Fuerteventura airport is located just a 31-minute drive from the property (38 km).

En los roperos cosas del propietario, en la cocina igual, restos de comida en la nevera y muebles, faltaba higiene en elementos de la cocina.
Gatos en la terraza, mosquitera ventana rota. Barbacoa de la terraza sucia.
