The ground-floor holiday home with a shared garden (only above neighbour has access to it) is a perfect choice of accommodation for a group of friends or a family.
It has a distinct architecture involving stone walls that offer a unique staying experience.
Guests can eat out on the pier and enjoy lake views.
The living room of the house opens into the garden and welcomes natural freshness and sunlight.
It is furnished with a sofa, a good collection of books and a flat-screen TV.
The modern kitchen-diner is packed with amenities like a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine, an oven, a fridge and a toaster.

Lido di Melide (2 minutes) offers a well-rounded family fun time with an amusement aquatic park, children’s pool, multi-sports fields and a lounge and a bar.
For a stunning view of the lake and the landscape, it is recommended to take the hiking routes on Monte San Salvatore (4 minutes) or the funicular rail to the summit.
One could also drive to Lugano and explore the town and its attractions like San Lorenzo Cathedral (14 minutes), Monte Bre trails and a number of museums, libraries and parks.
Another attraction worth visiting is the Alprose Chocolate Museum which is only 35 minutes from the apartment by car.

Seconda volta che alloggiamo a Melide in questo appartamento e siamo stati benissimo. Appartamento ben accessoriato e posizione perfetta, accesso al lago e vicino al centro del paese.

Wunderschöne und traumhafte Gegend....alles schnell zu erreichen.... Wasserfälle und tolle Wandertouren.... sehr netter und freundlicher Gastgeber.....wollen irgendwann wieder hin..... sehr zu empfehlen!
