Modern style villa with private swimming pool (5x10m ) located in the countryside of the scenic Polignano a Mare, a few kilometers far from the town center and the sea.
The villa is ideal for two families and children .
Equipped with all the amenities providing our visitors to enjoy a relaxing holiday ever.
It consists of a large kitchen with electric oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer; the rooms are arranged on two sides: on one side a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower, and on the other one, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
The rooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating .
Outside under a wide dining pergola it is possible to have lunch in front of the swimming pool and have moments of a total relaxation in a lounge area with sofa and armchairs.
Covered Kitchenette with wood oven , barbecue and kitchenette with stove and sink.
Solarium equipped with deck chairs and sofas. 2 outdoor showers with hot water.
Parking with covered parking spaces.

The late check-in fee is optional.
If you choose not to take advantage of it, we will send you instructions to access the property and arrange an appointment to meet you the following day.

Zwembad was super , nette buurt , hele vriendelijke eigenaar elke keer bracht ie wat mee als die het zwembad kwam controleren. De vrouwen die op de achtergrond over de telefoon alle informatie gaven waren ook super .

We were 2 families. The house is very lovingly furnished. In the outdoor area there are many seating areas that invite at any time of the day. Everything is very lovingly furnished.Negative was the toilet flush, which is very loud especially at night. Also with the dishes there is something more available. We felt very comfortable.

This property is a gem! It was truly a fantastic stay for my entire family. Extremely comfortable and accommodating for my wife and I, plus our two children and my father-in-law. Not too far from the center of town. Sofia helped us with the check-in process and was very responsive with any questions...
