In the south of Tenerife lies the tranquil town of El Médano, part of the municipality of Granadilla de Abona, known for its beautiful beaches and waterfront with numerous restaurants and nightlife. Centrally located, close to the harbor and several beaches is the 60 m² apartment "Casa Médano 17" on the 2nd floor of a typical Canarian style building without elevator. The apartment has a comfortably furnished living room with sofa and dining table with chairs, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom and thus accommodates 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, two TVs (one is a smart tv) with satellite reception, washing machine and dryer. There is also a baby crib and high chair available upon request. Outside, there is a spacious terrace with sun loungers for your exclusive use. Here you can enjoy a picturesque panoramic view of the sea, which is only a few meters away. There is also a dining area, so you can enjoy a delicious breakfast or dinner over the magnificent view. Just a few steps from the house, there are numerous restaurants, cafes and bars (200-750 meters). A mini-market is just outside the front door (one minute walk), and you can reach a larger grocery market after only 7 minutes walk. The nearest sandy beaches "Playa del Médano" and "Playa de El Médano" are only 2 to 5 minutes walk away. Some other beaches can be found within 2-3 km. The airport Tenerife South is only 9 km or 13 minutes by car away. Bed linen and towels are included in the price.
