- Pets are not allowed - Step-free access & interior (elevator available) The spacious apartment “Frente al mar” is situated directly at the beach in Cala Millor and is therefore perfect for relaxing holidays in the east of Mallorca.
The 135 m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 5 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suited for video calls), air conditioning, a washing machine and a television, while a baby cot and a highchair are available on request.
The private covered terrace with seating furniture offers enough space to start the day with breakfast while you overlook the beach Playa Cala Millor and the sea in front of you.
Just across the street, you can relax on the white sandy beach and swim in the clear blue water.
Within 1-3 minutes on foot (50-250m), you will find supermarkets, cafés and restaurants as well as a pharmacy.
The apartment is located a 25-minute drive (22 km) from Manacor and a one-hour drive from Palma de Mallorca and the international airport.
Street parking is available.
The property has a garage available for parking.

The location is fabulous! Having a meal on the balcony and enjoying the view of the beach was our favorite part. Also, the apartment in within walking distance of everything you could possibly need: well-stocked supermarket, restaurants, the beach, a dock where one could get on a touristy catamaran ...
A few small things were not quite perfect:
- the balcony's balustrade was a bit flimsy, we were very careful to always supervise my daughter closely when she was on the balcony
- a few things in the apartment are too old and in need of a change (e.g. the shower head in the main bathroom)
