Beautiful three-room terraced apartment, located in the panoramic part of a complex of houses near the sea, called "Portu Mannu".
In fact, from the house there is a wonderful sea view.
The apartment has a separate entrance with a covered terrace, ideal for summer evenings.
Inside it consists of living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, bedroom with double bed, which has access to an outdoor veranda at the back, twin bedroom, with bathroom with shower, and access to the outdoor veranda, second bathroom with shower.
There is one parking space.
The property is equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, TV.
The nearest beautiful sandy beach, called "Vena Longa," is only 700 meters away and can be reached on foot, passing inside the complex.
The nearest market is only 50 meters away.
A few minutes away are other markets, bars, dinghy rentals, a spa, and you can find a good selection of restaurants nearby.
The center of Palau, 4 km away, is full of stores, restaurants, bars and clubs, and can be reached in 7 minutes by car.
A crib and high chair can be rented on site (extra charge).
The property is 45 km from Olbia port, 49 km from Olbia-Costa Smeralda Airport and 47 km from Golfo Aranci.
