This is a completely renovated and tastefully furnished 1 bedroom apartment with terrace located in the Pile area, close to the main entrance of the Old Town. The bright and spacious apartment is set on the ground floor of a typical stone house built in the 19th century. Popular Šulić beach is only a few minutes walking distance from the apartment, same as the shops, bars and restaurants.
The apartment consists of one bedroom (the bed can be made as a double or twin beds), bathroom with a shower, living room with dining area and fully equipped kitchen. The dining/living room area has direct access to the lovely furnished terrace in front which is one of the absolute highlights of this property. The terrace is completely private for guests' use only, partially detached from the rest of the yard, where they can have a relaxing stay, enjoy their morning coffee or a meal at the outdoor dining table with 4 seats or soak up the sun on two sun loungers.
Amenities include: A/C (all rooms), SAT TV, washing machine, Free Wi-Fi, terrace, stove, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, hairdryer, iron, ironing board.
The apartment enjoys a prime location just behind the Hilton Hotel and a kindergarten, within a 2 minute walk away from the Old Town, bus stops, taxi stands, markets and bakeries. Because of its central location, generous space and ample comfort, Hedera A10 is an excellent choice for your stay in Dubrovnik.
Please note: the apartment is located within Dubrovnik’s Special Traffic Regulation Zone, introduced in June 2025. Arrival by private car is not possible, as vehicle access is restricted in this area.
Hedera A10 sleeps 2 (+2*) guests.
* Possibility to accommodate 2 additional guests on the sofa bed in the living room.
Use of sofa bed cost 20 Euro per person, per night.
*In response to the recent spread of COVID-19 we have implemented new procedures for cleaning and disinfection. Safety of our guests, their families and our staff is important to us. In order to prevent the spread of disease our staff is measuring body temperature on a daily basis even if they feel well , we also encourage our guests to do the same.
All surfaces with which the guest came into contact with (nightstand, table, chair, coffee table, any and all furniture, amenities, telephone, remote control, door handles etc.), are cleaned with a suitable detergent and disinfectant with at least 70% alcohol. Special attention is given to the cleaning of all bathroom surfaces before new guests arrive.
In order to avoid any unnecessary contact, bed linen and towel will be changed only on arrival/departure, for longer stays, sufficient towels and linen will be left in the property.
