The cozy vacation apartment "Zur Imme" awaits you in a quiet area on the outskirts of Lindau on the eastern shore of Lake Constance.
The 115m² apartment consists of a living room with sofa bed, a very well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 pine wood bedrooms each with a king size double bed and TV, as well as 2 bathrooms with 2 showers and a whirlpool and thus offers space for 4-6 people.
Facilities also include WLAN, air conditioning, a fireplace, a TV and a washing machine.
A baby crib and high chair are available on request.
You are also welcome to use a parking space, a garage for your car and a bicycle storage room.
On the furnished balcony with barbecue facilities, you can end the day relaxing with a glass of wine and enjoying the view.
A wellness oasis in the basement with sauna, steam bath and whirlpool, which can be used on request, is also available to you in the fall and winter months for a small fee.
In the owners' private bar you can watch live soccer matches on the big screen TV.
With the city bus, which stops directly at the apartment, you can reach all districts and outdoor pools of the island town of Lindau and the surrounding area free of charge with your guest card.
The island of Lindau with its historic old town is around 2.6 km from the accommodation and can be reached on foot in around half an hour or in 10 minutes by car.
The boats to Rorschach, Constance and Bregenz also depart from here.
The nearest supermarket is a 15-minute walk (1.2 km) or a 5-minute drive away.
Bed linen and towels are included in the price.

Eine top Ferienwohnung, die genau mit der Beschreibung übereinstimmte. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Man fühlte sich sehr willkommen. Wir haben jeden Tag genossen.
Wir hatten absolut nichts zu bemängeln :)

Super ausgestattete FEWO mit großes Balkon und Grill, Kaffeevollautomat war ein Hammer , Wohnung liegt in eine ruhige Stadtteil, Bushaltestelle nebenan , 2 Parkplätze zur Verfügung , Sehr freundliche, nette und und zuvorkommende Eigentümer , es fehlt nichts , Wohnung ist nur zu empfehlen, wir wahren sehr begeistert.

Eine große Wohnung im ersten Stock mit einer Ausstattung wie man sie sich besser nicht wünschen kann. Super freundliche Gastgeber, sehr hilfsbereit. In ruhigem Siedlungsgebiet, direkt an einer Apfelplantage gelegen.
Hervorragende Anbindung an den ÖPNV, Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Haustüre im 30Min-Takt, mit der Gästekarte kostenlos.
