“Villino Francesca” is a small one-bedroom cottage for 2/4 pax, ideal for a relaxing holiday, surrounded by the garden.
It consists of living room with well-equipped kitchenette and a double sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower.
On the outside, there is a table and chairs for outdoor dining.
This nice apartment is new and well furnished and it has furthermore air conditioning, Wi-Fi and parking place. Arrival: check-in 4-7:30 p.m. Departure: check-out by 9 a.m. Utilities: electricity, water, gas, A/C and Wi-Fi included. Final cleanings: € 100 (mandatory – to pay in office at arrival). Linen: to bring or to rent at € 20.00 per person per week (to pay and pick up in office at arrival). Pets: allowed on request with a supplement of €70.00 per stay per animal (max. 1). Wir haben die wenigen Tage sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft ist gut eingerichtet.
Ein kleiner Tipp: ein Spiegel und eine Leselampe im Wohnbereich wären praktisch.
Der private Strand und der schöne Weg hinunter durch den Pinienwald haben es uns besonders angetan.
Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich..

Schönes Ferienhaus in einer tollen Umgebung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und der Hund auch.
Ca. 7 Minuten durch einen Pinienwald zu einem sehr schmalen Strandabschnitt. Aber man ist allein dort und hat einen traumhaften Blick auf Portoferraio.
Zur Info: Man muss entweder Bettwäsche und Handtüc...
