Overlooking the sea in the city of Porto Cervo, you will find the wonderful apartment "Piccolo Pevero retreat".
This child-friendly apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 5 people.
One of the bedrooms is located in an annex area of the apartment.
Upon request, a cot and high chair can be added.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, washing machine and satellite television.
The property features a private open terrace, ideal for relaxing while admiring the sea from the comfortable outdoor sofa.
The spacious private furnished balcony is perfect for enjoying a meal outdoors or starting the day with a cup of coffee.
The nearest beach, "Piccolo Pevero", can be reached in 3 minutes on foot (300 m).
Other beaches such as "Spiaggia dell'Elefante", "Spiaggia Capriccioli" and "Spiaggia La Celvia" are about 6-7 km away (10-11 minutes by car).
The nearest restaurant is 6 minutes on foot (450 m), while other restaurants and bars can be reached by car in 2-5 minutes (1.2-1.8 km).
The nearest supermarket is 1.9 km away (4 minutes by car).
The nearest airport can be reached in about 40 minutes by car (38.1 km). The property has only one covered parking space.
