The cottage is laid out on one level.
It offers you: a main room with fitted kitchen, living room and lounge area, 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140 and 2 beds 90 (including 1 bunk), a bathroom with toilet, and 1 parental suite with 1 bed in 140 and a bathroom with wc.
Outside, you will enjoy a private terrace facing west, ideal for your aperitifs and dinners, a garden (shared with the other gites), and private parking (along the gite at the back) .
To the delight of young and old: a heated indoor swimming pool (8.5m x 4.5m) with a spa.
The swimming pool and spa area is accessible all year round from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. and is shared with gites 56G169117 (located adjoining) and 56G169147 (located nearby).
The cottage is located in a dead end street, and next to the owners' house and their farm (600m) Between the Ria d'Etel and the sea of Gavres, come and discover the breathtaking landscapes: the bar of Etel, the Ria and its many islets including that of St Cado, the marshes and the dunes...
Swimming enthusiasts, water sports and fishing on foot will be fulfilled here! In this haven of peace, come and recharge your batteries in this cottage and relax in the indoor swimming pool and in the spa.

Nous avons passé une belle semaine en plus le soleil était au rendez-vous !Le logement fonctionne le plus la piscine et jacuzzi bien apprécié après nos belles balades dans la région .Nous conseillons ce petit coin de tranquillité !

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans le gîté Océane où nous avons été bien accueillis et conseillés par Isabelle.Nous avons apprécié l'environnement de la campagne, le jacuzzi et la piscine bienvenus en fin de journée! Le gîte est spacieux et possède 2 salles de bains.
