The Villa Emanuela apartments are located directly on the beach of Marina di Campo, one of the best-known beaches on the island.
Inside the apartments we can find refined and elegant furnishings for those looking for comfortable and luxurious accommodation. These structures have been recently restored and enriched with fine furnishings.
The strong point of Villa Emanuela is certainly its proximity to the golden sandy beach of Marina di Campo, the position is so favorable as to literally allow you to leave the house and dive into the sea.
From the terrace you can enjoy an enchanting panorama of the gulf of Marina di Campo.
Having dinner and resting with such a view is a unique experience, from which it will be difficult to detach yourself. The two three-room apartments can be made communicating by an internal door which is usually locked. Distances from the beaches: - from Marina di Campo beach: a few steps - from Cavoli beach: about 6.2 km - from Seccheto beach: 6.5 km - from Fetovaia beach: 10 km Booking the ferry with us will be the best choice! We will apply our agreed rates: you will not find anything cheaper either online or directly, anywhere. Visiting the island in comfort has never been easier! We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules.
Leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and dishes at check-out, carry out separate waste collection and dispose of it. Our company carries out electronic invoicing to the customer, therefore, immediately after booking, Italian customers will be asked to provide their residential address and tax code, while for foreign customers it will be sufficient to provide the residential address to complete the customer record. Information for key collection: Information regarding check-in is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service on +39 0565963006.
For the selected structure, key collection normally takes place at the structure. The Villa Emanuela apartments are located directly on the beach of Marina di Campo, one of the best-known beaches on the island.
Inside the apartments we can find refined and elegant furnishings for those looking for comfortable and luxurious accommodation. 2 bed-room apartment n.2 of 50 m2 on the first floor with outdoor kitchen (4 beds - Maximum 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children) Apartment consists of a double bedroom, a small bedroom with 2 single beds, one of which can be pulled out, bathroom with shower, living room opening onto the terrace with fully covered kitchenette. Location information: - directly on the beach of Marina di Campo, close to the center of Marina di Campo - only one parking space available for guests Important Notes: - the obligation to register is necessary even if there is no overnight stay but only a short stop (even less than an hour), therefore we inform guests that it is necessary to notify any guests present in the structure in advance - the rental must be for a maximum of 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children - minimum age to check-in is 30 years old (for group of guys) - check-in in our offices from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid - Animals are not allowed - deposit (mandatory): 500.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having inspected the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm) - bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site House rules include respect for silence.
Particular attention is paid to families, out of respect for the other guests it is not possible for children to play on the stairs of the structure.

Die Aussenküche hat ihren speziellen Reiz, auch wenn es manchmal etwas windig ist.
Schöne Aussicht auf Meer und Dorfteil mit Hafen.

Total veraltete Ausstattung (Möblierung, Zustand der sanitären Anlagen, Kochherd erfordert viel Geduld).
Unzweckmässige Küchenausstattung (Teller, Schüsseln und Pfannen zuhauf, aber z.B. kein Weinglas, Flaschenöffner, Zapfenzieher, Sieb, Zitronenpresse ......). Für Früstückzubereitung ok, aber nicht um Mahlzeiten zu kochen.
Alles ein wenig all' italiana!

Waiting an hour to gain access. Having to wash cups plates cutlery before being able to use. Lamps with no light bulbs. Cheap mismatched furniture.
