We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules: leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and crockery at check-out, separate waste collection and dispose of it. Surrounded by large outdoor spaces, the structure is on two floors. The ground floor consists of: a large kitchen with dining room, living room with windows overlooking the sea leading to verandas equipped for eating and relaxation, a double bedroom with third bed, bathroom with shower. The first floor can be accessed by an internal staircase and consists of: a double bedroom with the possibility of adding a third bed and a second double bedroom, from both you can access the balcony with panoramic sea view, a bathroom with shower; always on the first floor there is a third attic double bedroom with private bathroom and air conditioning. In winter the house is heated with a pellet stove ( the pellete is not provided, clients must buy it independently).
