A public outdoor pool is 1.5 km away, and the nearest bathing lake is 7 km away.

In bad weather, you can visit the Erlebnistherme Fügen, which can be reached in about 6 minutes by car.

Thanks to the central location of the apartment near the village centre, banks, the post office, a hairdresser, as well as several restaurants and cafés are within a few minutes' walk.

In winter, the in-house pizzeria is also open.

The train station is only 250 m away and the nearest supermarket is 550 m away. Parking spaces are available on the property.

Pets are not allowed. As other guests are staying in the house and the hosts live on site, celebrations, events, and parties are not permitted.
