A impressive modern family holiday home with private garden and pool in the area Costabella, Marbella.
Located only 300 meters from the best beach of Marbella. Virtual Tour: The holiday home has three bedrooms distributed over two floors.
On the ground floor there is the open plan kitchen connected with the dining area, the large lounge area with a vaulted wooden staircase leading to the second floor.
On the groundfloor level there are also two bedrooms both with their own bathroom. The first floor is entirely reserved for the master suite and its terrace with amazing sea views.
The house has been built with a modern style with lots of window surface letting in the beautifull mediteranean light. The deck of the living room overlooks the garden and is the perfect dining spot.
The house faces south and the garden is fully fenced.
The L shaped pool is overseen by the terrace so perfect for parents who want to keep an eye on their child. Most amenities can be found at walking distance to the house; supermarkets, restaurants and off course the beach.
Nearby there are several sports facilities like tennis clubs (Royal tennis club, Pinomar raquets club), golf clubs (Santa Clara and Marbella Golf and country club), gyms and even horse riding facilities.

The house is amazing, very spacious and immaculately clean. Great location near the beach and short drive from the center. The host was so nice and helpful and he went above and beyond to make are stay pleasurable. Will definitely book this accommodation in the future
Everything was fantastic. We spent great family month in nice modern house close to the beach. What was important house for us house had a everything what we need to stay including all kind of staff which you use in home. View from upper taras is amazing. We will return here for sure.
