In the heart of Cala San Vicente, the family-friendly holiday home Formosa is nestled within beautiful greenery and boasts a mountain view.
The 2-storey house consists of an open living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dining table and a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite TV, air conditioning (in all bedrooms), a fireplace and a washing machine.
A highchair and a baby cot are also available upon request.
The highlight of this property is definitely its private outdoor area with a spacious garden with mature olive and holm oak trees, 2 large terraces, a large pool with a waterfall function, and a barbecue.
Here you can relax on the sun loungers or dine outside with the family.
In 4-6 minutes on foot you will reach restaurants, bars and cafes and the nearest supermarket is a 5-minute walk away (400 m).
Cala San Vicente is famous for the cliffs of Cavall Bernat and its small sandy beaches and Cala Barques beach is just a 7-minute walk from the property (600 m).
Furthermore, in 49 minutes driving you will arrive at Palma de Mallorca airport (66.5 km). Parking spaces are available on the property. The mezzanine can not be accessed.
