This is an ideal property for families.

Casa Majane, is located in the coastal town of Mezquitilla, about 30 km east of Málaga.
Access to the urbanization is restricted to owners or residents, with locked entrance doors to the houses, garden, and pool area, and the entire area is fenced for security.
The nearest beach, the smallest between Málaga and Herradura, is just a few meters down the hill.
A larger stretch of beach is a bit further away, where you can walk along the coast towards Málaga.
The large, west-facing terrace is accessed through the living room.A small west-facing balcony from the master bedroom provides great views over the roofs of Mezquitilla and the nearby Mediterranean Sea, as well as fantastic sunsets.The second bedroom has a mini-balcony and a mini-balcony overlooking the urbanization.
The first floor has three air-conditioned bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The property features Waipu-TV, with TVs in each bedroom.There is no longer a microwave.
Attention: Due to the massive water problems in Spain, it cannot be guaranteed that the pool will be open.
Normally, the large communal pool, to which only the residents of the urbanisation have access, is open from 15.05. - 15.11. of each year - but this is subject to change!.
Children under the age of 12 may not enter the pool area unless accompanied by an adult.
Late check-in can be arranged until 01:00 am for an additional fee.
A €200 deposit required for guests bringing a dog.
A special feature of Casa Majane is that guests are only charged for the electricity used by the air conditioning units and the electric heating in the living room.
There is a separate electricity meter in the house for this purpose, which only measures the consumption of the existing air conditioning units.
You will be charged 0.39 euros per kw/h at the end of your holiday."

La casa estaba muy bien muy bonita ,tranquila y moderna con la electricidad,aire acondicionado en habitaciones aunque hay que coger coche para ir a la playa .
Faltaban cosas que decía la descripción de la casa ,el aire acondicionado del salón no se podía usar en condiciones,ni se resolvió el problema.Perdimos dos días de usar la piscina por no ser informados que iba con llave ni existencia de ella.

Das Haus hatte genug Platz für 5 Personen, zwei Terassen plus Balkon und zwei Bäder
Extra Kosten für die Klimaanlage und W-Lan..., Handtücher waren nicht sauber, Haare beim Einzug in den Handtüchern und sogar im Kühlschrank. Die Kaution bekommt man nicht direkt zurück, die Kommunikation war kühl und fühlte sich lustlos an, kein Entgegenkommen mit dem Check-in, Übergabe der Schlüsse...

-veel ruimte in het huis
-voor en achtertuin waardoor je kon switchen als het te warm was
-heel schoon
-rustig en toch dichtbij alles
Kinderen mochten niet alleen zwemmen. Ondanks dat zij allemaal hun zwemdiploma’s hebben. Dat was vooral in de ochtend en avond lastig als je nog even de keuken wilde opruimen. De kids moesten dan wachten tot er een volwassene mee ging.
