The idyllic apartment "Anemone- Sonnleitn" awaits you in Lajen (Laion), in the picturesque Dolomite Valley of Val Gardena in South Tyrol.
The 32m² apartment consists of a living room with sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom as well as a bathroom and can accommodate 3 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite TV and a washing machine, while a cot and a highchair are available on request.
From the furnished balcony you can enjoy the breathtaking mountain panorama of the Dolomites.
The lawn with sun loungers and parasols invites you to relax.
In the shared outdoor area you will also find a barbecue area and a children's playground with a trampoline and table tennis.
The convenient location of the apartment invites you to go skiing or hiking and promises a brilliant vacation experience.
In about 5 minutes by car (4.5 km) you can reach Ortisei (St.
Ulrich), Val Gardena's picturesque main village, from where you can access the surrounding skiing areas like the Dolomiti Superski.
The nearest supermarket can be reached in 3 minutes by car (1.9 km). Parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are not allowed. A laundry facility as well as a ski depot with ski boot dryer and a storage room for bicycles are available. Hiking maps can be rented. The ValGardena MobilCard for free use of public transport throughout South Tyrol is included.
You also get 10% discount on ski rental and ski service at Ski School & Rental Ortisei, discount on bike and e-bike rental at MTB Bike School in Ortisei and free entrance to the high ropes course in Ortisei. The following services are also available on request: Bread roll service, breakfast basket with local and South Tyrolean products and fresh herbs from the in-house herb corner. In winter, every Tuesday and Thursday there is a ski guide for adults on the Alpe di Siusi and Seceda to refine your technique, a free guided hike (offers valid from 06/01/2021) and guided day tours to discover the most beautiful slopes of the Dolomites (from Monday to Friday). In summer and autumn guided hikes for adults and children are offered. - Train station shuttle Payment 30,00 € per person per ride

Sehr liebe und netter Vermieter. Eine schöne Abendsonne auf dem Balkon. Die Wohnung selbst ist recht klein.
Die Straße ist doch deutlich zu hören, vorallem morgens.
