Located in the hills on the southern tip of the island of Tenerife, “La Cuadra de Arona” is the perfect place for travellers looking for the tranquility of privacy while not being far from all the city has to offer.
The holiday home consists of a cozy living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine and fans, while a baby crib and a highchair are available on request.
In your private outdoor area, you can lounge in the sun or go for a swim in your pool.
Start your day with a coffee on the furnished terrace as you take in the view of the surrounding mountains and the sea.
When you again long for the city, visit the nearby Playa de las Americas or Los Cristianos, both directly on the coast and a 15-minute drive (10 km) away.
There you will find countless restaurants, bars, and shops as well as several beaches.
There are also two golf courses nearby, 20 minutes by car (17 km), as well as 2 monkey parks, just 13 minutes by car (7 km).
Parking spaces are available on the property, and as the ways can be steep, it is recommended to come by car.
Bed linens and towels are included in the price.
Pets are not allowed.
Groups of guests under 25 years of age are not allowed.
Portable Electric heaters are available.
Please make good use of the air conditioning system, taking into consideration the climatic impact it has.

Huis was mooi schoon, van alle gemakken voorzien. Er stond een plaatselijk wijntje voor ons klaar bij aankomst. Fijn zwembad met ligbedden.
Het weggetje er naartoe was erg steil. Onze huurauto trok dat niet.

sehr hilfsbereiter, netter Vermieter, ruhige Lage mit schönem Ausblick, beheizter Pool
Badezimmer renovierungsbedürftig. Toilettenpapier kann nicht in der Toilette entsorgt werden, muss separat entsorgt werden.
Pool muss selbstständig abgedeckt werden und jeden Abend wieder neu mit 6 Platten abgedeckt werden.
Nur zu Zweit möglich-nervt auf Dauer.

Wir haben uns in der Finca und dem Grundstück samt kleinem beheizten Pool sehr wohl gefühlt. Von der Finca hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf die südliche Küste. Man ist weg vom Trubel , kann ihn aber mit dem Auto wieder schnell erreichen. Die Anfahrt ist typisch für Teneriffa, auch mal sportlich. E...
