Located on the outskirts of Arcos de la Frontera, the rustic holiday home ‘La Cazuela’ has everything you need for an unforgettable holiday.
Boasting a mountain view, the spacious, 2-storey house consists of a living/dining room, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 6 bedrooms as well as 4 bathrooms and an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 16 people.
There are also 3 extra beds for children and a cot at no extra cost.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning (hot and cold air), a washing and a dryer, a fireplace (firewood can be supplied upon request) and a television.
A baby cot, a highchair and 2 children’s beds are also available upon request.
The typical Andalusian house also offers an expansive private outdoor area with balcony, a garden, terraces (open and covered), a pool, an outdoor shower and a barbecue.
From the property you can enjoy a view of Arcos de la Frontera, the illuminated buildings at night and the church and castle.
In just 5 minutes driving you will reach shops, bars, restaurants and cafes and the nearest supermarket is just across the road.
If you fancy a day trip to the beach you can reach the beautiful coast in less than one hour.
Furthermore, Gibraltar airport can be reached by car in one hour and 35 minutes (121 km). Parking spaces for 8-10 cars are available on the property.
Pets are allowed.
Bed linens and towels are included in the price.
Each room has an individual A/C system. House layout: Ground floor: kitchen, 3 bedrooms, one bathroom, master bedroom, and its en suite. Upstairs: a double room with a sofa-bed, a terrace, and a room with 4 beds and its en suite. Outdoor area: swimming pool, picnic area with toilet, sink, barbecue, refrigerators, and freezers to store food and beverages.
The pool is open from the end of May until October. Distribution of the bathrooms: - One bathroom on the ground floor next to the living room with a bathtub. - One bathroom in the master bedroom. - Upstairs there are 2 more bedrooms and each one has an individual bathroom. - There is a toilet by the dining area. Parties and loud events are not allowed.
The house is intended for families and quiet groups. Due to the local regulation of Arcos de la Frontera, it is forbidden to disturb the rest and tranquility of neighbors and pedestrians.
Thus, noises likely to cause discomfort are not allowed during the night, from 11 pm to 7 am.

My friends and I had a fantastic time in La Cazuela. The owner, Carmen, was really lovely and always stayed in touch if we needed anything. Despite not been able to enjoy the pool, because it was winter, we did use the barbacue and the owner provided us plenty of bed cover for the night if we felt cold.
La comunicación y el trato con Mari Carmen, ha sido excelente.
