The apartment is located in the Old town of Poreč.
It consists of one bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower, living room with sofa bed for 2 additional guests and a equipped kitchen.The guests can enjoy the beautiful sea view from the apartment, and thanks to its position the city centre and the monuments are only a few steps away.
Since cars are not alowed in the old part of the city, he guests have a parking 10 minutes walk from the apartment on their disposal during their stay.
Downtown Porec includes the Old town of Poreč and the area extending to 600 m from the start of the famous ancient Roman street called Decumanus.
The area "Center" includes: the Old town, the new part of the town near the new post office, and the area of Massa Lombarda.
The Old town cannot be reached by car, while other areas are reacheable by vehicles or by foot.

There are several beaches north or south of the Old town, 1-10 minutes reacheable by food depending of the location of the apartment, one beach in the Old town and one beach on the Island of Sv.Nikola. In the area called "Center" there is a large supermarket and several small shops, cafes, restaurants, clothes' shops, a town's bazar, a bus station, a marina, a museum, galleries, a public library, historical sites, two post offices and two churches, one of which is on the World Heritage List of Unesco.

Die Wohnung liegt direkt in der altstadt von porec. Im wohnzimmer bekommt man durchs fenster die atmosphäre aus den gässchen mit, während man aus dem schlafzimmer und der küche den blick aufs meer genießt. Sehr zu empfehlen. September 2019

Was für eine tolle Lage! Von der Küche, Bad und Schlafzimmer aus, ist der Blick auf einen teil der Promenade und das Wasser. Das Wohnzimmer geht direkt zur Altstadt und da ist man mittendrin in der Geschäftigkeit. Zur Hochsaison ist es sehr laut und die Gastro in vollem Gange - wenn man so etwas nic...

Aan de kust in het centrum in een straat met leuke restaurantjes. Erg sfeervol. Veel voorzieningen dichtbij. Keuken is klein voor 4 personen. Koken is te doen. Het is van weinig schoonmaakspullen voorzien.
