The holiday home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, two bedrooms as well as two bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
The child-friendly holiday home includes Wi-Fi, radiator heating, a satellite television and a highchair (on request).
The washing machine is located in a shared laundry area.
Outside, there is a private balcony, terrace and grill, along with a shared outdoor area, which boasts an open terrace, a pool and garden.
The nearest supermarket is located in the nearby town of Llucmajor, which is 10 minutes (8km) by car.
The nearest sandy beach (Platja des Trenc) is located 20 minutes (20km) drive away, though nearer to the apartment there is a stony beach with breathtaking cliffs at S'Estanyol de Migjorn (10 mins / 8km).
The nearest airport is in Palma, which is 17 minutes (25km) away. Parking spaces are available on the property.
