The cosy apartment “Majon d’Aisciuda Sella” in traditional South Tyrolean style is situated in a sunny and quiet part of the municipality San Giovanni di Fassa close to the famous Catinaccio mountain ridge and is ideal for holidays in the Italian Alps and near many great skiing areas.
The 50 m² apartment consists of a living room with 2 single beds, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a safe, toys and books for children and cable/satellite television.
A baby cot, a children’s bed and a highchair are available on request.
You can start the day with coffee on the private balcony with seating furniture with wonderful views over the surrounding mountains.
You can walk to a supermarket, a bakary, cafés and restaurants within 3-7 minutes (200- 550 m). There is a ski bus leaving in front of the house to the famous “Sella Ronda” circuit, and many other great skiing areas are in the immediate vicinity.
In summer, there are many great cycling routes and you can start tours to the Sassolungo and Sasso Piatto mountain tops.
The Gruppo del Catinaccio (Rosengarten Group), a renowned Dolomite massif, can be reached after a 20-minute drive (11 km), while South Tyrol’s vibrant capital city of Bolzano (Bozen) is a 50-minute drive (40 km) from the apartment. Parking spaces are available on the property.
Pets are allowed for an extra fee of €30 per stay.
Bed linens are included, while towels are available upon request and for an extra fee of €7 per person per stay. Additional services: Fresh bread service (€3 per day) Change of towels once a week (€5 per person) Change of bed linens once a week (€8 per person) Once free admission to minigolf and children play park (in the summer) Internet wireless facility with your own laptop (for free)

Wir haben eine Ferienwohnung mit drei Schlafzimmern gesucht, damit jedes unserer Kinder ein eigenes Zimmer hat. Es war super viel Platz, sehr sauber, angenehm warm und alles da was man für ein gemütliches stressfreies Wochenende braucht.

Had parking for 2 vehicles. Clean, had a beautiful veiw of sunrise over river.dock was good size. Screened in porch was favorite place in the evening. The Host is the greatest,he was so friendly and helpful .made our stay enjoyable.
