The house is independent, for maximum privacy.
You have exclusive use a small private garden on the back the house.

The villa is far from the street, positioned slightly on the hill, with a magnificent view of the sea of Diano Marina and its gulf.
The view stretches also on hills and inland villages, as Diano Castello.
In two minutes by car you reach the sandy beaches of Diano Marina.
Free parking in front of the property.
Typical restaurants just a few hundred meters.
Only 1.5 km away from the sandy beaches of Diano Marina.
Just 1 km from the city centre.
Please note that, since the house is on a hill, the last part of the street is uphill (about 400 meters)
Important information: communication between guest and host is necessary.
We always try our best to provide a great service, but, to do so, information is needed before your arrival.
- if you wish to find the beds already made, please contact us some days before your arrival with the necessary information on which bed configuration you prefer. Otherwise, we won't be able to prepare them beforehand.
- if you don't provide us with your mobile phone number, and if don't tell us your estimated time of arrival, you may have to wait some time for the receptionist to arrive and welcome you.
So, to ease communication (especially on your arrival day), please tell us your phone number and, if you use any, which instant messaging application you prefer.
Important notes:
- Check-in time: after 16:00; Check-out time: before 10:00. This timetable is necessary to allow the cleaning service to clean and reorder the apartment.
- upon check-in, all guest, including children, must provide a valid identity document. This is necessary in order to communicate and register guests to the authorities, as required by Italian law.
- upon check-in, guests have to pay a tax of 1€ per person, per day, only for the first 5 days, and only for guests from 12 years old. If possible, please prepare in advance the correct amount. Thank you.

Das Haus liegt in schöner Lage auf einer Anhöhe inmitten von Olivenbäumen mit herrlichem Ausblick auf das Meer und Diano Castello. Alles war zweckmäsig eingerichtet und sauber. In der Küche findet sich alles was man benötigt. Betten und Zubehör waren sehr bequem. Wunderschöner Garten hinter dem Haus...

Wir sind angekommen und haben uns gleich wohl gefuehlt. Sehr schönes Haus mit tollem Ausblick. Alles war sehr sauber und alles vorhanden. Inmitten von Oliven und Orangenbaeumen. Sabrina hat uns sehr
freundlich empfangen, war auch gut erreichbar.
Es war eine super Zeit. Wir koennen es nur empfehlen.

Het huisje was prima voor een week. We hadden twee pubers mee van 14&17 jaar. Zij sliepen op de bedbank met een goed en stevig matras. Het huisje ligt ongeveer 5 minuten rijden van het strand bij een prachtig dorp. De accommodatie voldeed prima, maar airco is tegenwoordig écht een must vanwege de ex...
