3 Bedrooms – Sleeps 5. This wonderful cottage is located just outside the town of Clifden on the lower famous Sky Road. The cottage boasts an idyllic location and is close to all activities and attractions. White sandy beaches are just a short distance away and the property is surrounded by wonderful walking and cycling routes. There are breath-taking views around every corner. The busy market town of Clifden is just a short drive away and has ample shops, bars and restaurants, everything you might need for your self-catering holiday. Traditional music, song and dance are very popular in many of the local pubs. Further afield but just a short drive away are Connemara National Park, Kylemore Abbey, Dogs Bay, and many more well-known areas of unique beauty.

3 Bedrooms – Sleeps 5. The cottage has 3 well-presented bedrooms with wooden floors. There is 1 double en-suite, 1 twin and a single bedroom. The fully tiled family bathroom includes WC, hand basin and bath with overhead shower. The modern kitchen is well equipped with all necessary equipment including electric cooker and hob, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, washer/dryer combi and dishwasher. The living room is well furnished with comfortable leather suite, flat screen multi-channel TV and wood burning stove. The gardens around the cottage are natural. The cottage is centrally heated throughout. Wi-Fi included. Linen and towels included. Electricity and heating are included in the rental price. Outside table and chairs. Travel Cot available. No Pets. No smoking.
A security deposit of €150 is required for this property. Our reservations team will arrange this with guests prior to arrival. Pre-authorisation of a payment card will be required.

The cottage was lovely, very clean and spacious for us, a family of two adults and two teenagers. Great sea views including a Connemara pony each morning, and night sky views when the rain clouds moved!. Very warm despite the weather and a good base for Clifden and surrounding area.

This is our third year staying at Cottage 311 and each year it gets better. This year new beds and new flooring. As always a great view to look down over fields to the sea with a glass off wine. We did have a problem with the heat not working but phoned the contact and it was sorted that day while we were out enjoying ourselves, great contact and great service.
