The single-storey cottage has, on the south-east side, a garden with lawn and private terrace (garden furniture, barbecue).
On the ground floor: living room with lounge and equipped kitchen area, 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140 and 1 baby bed), 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140 and 1 single bed 90), shower room, WC.
Fenced grounds. 13 km from Vitré and 3.5 km from Argentré (all shops), this gîte adjoining the owner's outbuildings is located in a relaxing setting.
For your relaxation: the Château des Rochers estate (walks, golf) and the Chapelle Erbrée leisure centre 10 km away.
There are many hiking trails in the surrounding area.
The gîte is only an hour from St Malo, Le Mt St Michel or Cancale.
You can go on a day trip to discover our most beautiful Breton coasts.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour Mr et Mme Garnier sont d'une simplicité et d'une gentillesse remarquable tout est fait pour se sentir bien,le jardin à l'ombre des peupliers vous aident à tenir du soleil ,le gite et sa fraicheur vous apporte un bien être,encore merci et caresse à Tulipe la ponette.

Los propietarios fueron increíblemente gentiles, nos dieron todo lo necesario y nos dieron la bienvenida muy amablemente. Además, la casa estaba muy limpia y en un entorno maravilloso para descansar y disfrutar de la naturaleza. Repetiríamos sin duda.

Lovely quiet gite, very clean and well equipted. Set in a very rural location therefore the ideal place to unwind. I only gave 4 for the owners welcome as they were away on holiday during our stay but we were given local contact numbers if needed - they weren't. Would definately recommend & we would stay there again
